The pill in description is Cymbalta (60 mg).

Research I was able to gather shows that the main uses of Cymbalta are in major depressive disorder, general anxiety disorder, stress urinary incontinence, painful peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia. In addition, it is being studied for various other indications.
