I need to know what this pill is. It is light green and dark green and has a weird looking E and the numbers 613

The pill in description is Hydroxyzine Pamoate (25 mg).
Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety.
