Hello,

I would like to start by stating that this medicine is not manufactured in the United States. From what I was able to understand this medication is manufactured in Mexico by Carnot Laboratories.

Reportedly Libertrim Trimebutina comes in two different pill types. One contains the active ingredients trimebutina 100mg and simeticona 37.50 mg while the other contains trimebutina 200mg and simeticona 75mg.

This medicine is reported by the manufacturer to be used for treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Unfortunately I am not able to decipher a lot of the content on the manufacturer's website as I am not that fluent in spanish.
