This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien, which is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia.

That said, it should only be taken once a day, right before you go to bed. Typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, hallucinations, sleep actions and next day hangover-like effects.
