Large White Round Pill With L468

I have found this pill in my 97 year old dads drawer and am worried about it. It looks serious. I've spent countless times researching this and it comes up as the wrong pill! It is a dime sized thick pill with L468 on one side and blank on the other. Please help

From what I can find, it's listed as being a calcium carbonate tablet, similar to Tums, used to treat heart burn, acid indigestion and as a calcium supplement.
