I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, which makes me suspect that it's most likely an over the counter product of some type.
It could be an over the counter Robaxacet as Margaret stated. (Thank you, Margaret!) But I can't confirm that, since it is an over the counter product. It is available in Canada, not the U.S. and contains Acetaminophen with the muscle relaxant Methocarbamol.

I can confirm it's otc in Canada but prescription in the US. Methocarbamol 400mgl & acetaminophen 325mg. Just came back from niagra falls & my sciatica was messing up. The pharmacist there suggested i buy this.
