What is this pill? It's large (looks almost like a vitamin in shape and size), "S" on one side, and "P" and "N" on other side with a score line down the middle. Kind of bright orange color.

Hello, Jane! How are you?
Since the imprint is rather obscure, I'm not 100% sure, but I think this might be a prenatal vitamin. I do remember finding one a couple years ago that used the P N on one side, but I'm drawing a blank as to whether or not it had an S on it.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
But that would also explain the size and bright color.
The FDA notes that prenatal vitamins may cause nausea in some people that take them, due to their potency.

Thank you for answering. However, that is not really a possibility with this person. Well, there's no reason this person would need them- also, the pills aren't new. Plus, the person who found them knows what those type of vitamins look like. The other thing is that they didn't have any sort of odor, and vitamins, especially strong ones, definitely smell strong.
