Lactose Monohydrate - Gluten Free?

Is lactose monohydrate gluten free? It's in the fluoxetine (Prozac) I've been prescribed to take for depression and anxiety.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight loss.
