I'm sorry, but there are no miracle medications for either one.

Some medications may cause a temporary enlargement of your breasts, while you are taking, due to hormone fluctuations or weight gain, but the effects are only temporary and will disappear, once you stop taking them.

The same for your skin, there are some medications that can improve it or help clear up cases of acne, but that is all they do. There is nothing on the market that will give you beautiful, glowing skin and also allow it to stay that way, once the substance is stopped.

Your best bet, to improve both is to get proper exercise and follow a proper diet to make sure your body is properly nourished.
