White pill with red 301 stamped on it is 10 mg Ketorolac.
Ketorolac is commonly used for mild to moderate pain relief (usually in the short-term and for post-surgery pain). It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. This medication shouldn't be taken for more than a 5 day period.
