Kansas City Pain Management Using Narcotics

I have rsd/crps, my pain management physician is moving, my disease involves bilateral hands and feet, my right shoulder is bone on bone and is not repairable, i need to find a pain management physician in the kansas city or springfield mo area that utilizes a written contract for narcotic pain management

Just a warning: If you contact places and ask them about prescribing narcotics, before you're a patient, most will view that as being drug seeking behavior and won't even let you get in the door. So, if you do get a good recommendation, you'll want to wait, until you are at an appointment with them, to discuss your treatment options. I'm not saying you're doing this, I'm just letting you know, in case.

And with any doctor, there's just no guarantee that they will prescribe narcotics for you, even if they do prescribe them for others.

Is there a chance that your current physician may be able to refer you to a colleague? That might be the easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone suggest a good doctor in your area?
