I am uninsured and have a referral to a pain management clinic, but cannot afford the clinic. I would like to know of any cheap doctors who would prescribe the narcotic pain medication I need to be on in the Kansas City MO area.

shani , some pain clinIcs have websites and the info should be there if they accept self pay patients. You can also call the pain clinics in your area and ask if they accept self pay patients.

I've been on pain management since 2007. My current doc flaked out and left with only a week notice. I need help for a doctor that will continue my meds in greater KC area. I have my records and am legit. NOT an addict. Just scared. I'm on 100mcg fentanyl and 30mg Oxycodone.

Hi, I am on the same meds as you for severe chronic pain. Did you ever get situated? My current Dr claims he can no longer prescribe which is total BS. KEEPS SENDING ME TO THESE LAME PM CLINICS THAT JUST WANT TO GIVE ME STEROIDS, WHICH DON'T WORK. OR THEY JUST FLAT OUT SUCK AND WON'T PRESCRIBE. I WENT BLIND IN MY EYE FROM ALL THE STEROIDS IN THE PAST AND REFUSE TO PUT THAT GARBAGE IN MY BODY. 4 CLINICS LATER HE STILL WON'T JUST GIVE ME MY MEDS LONG TERM. HE EVEN LOWERED MY DOSE BY A THIRD. I'M AT MY WITS END. If u did find a doctor please share his name.

Looking for chronic pain doctor that can prescribe me my pain meds my current doctor took me off of them an im in alot of pain I had a hysterectomy in 2010 sine then have had 23 surgeries since 2013. The infection control doctor said I would be pain regiment for the rest of my life.
