Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling, so it may help. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
However, have you consulted a dentist? That would be the best thing to do. Treatment may be required to prevent this degenerating further and causing more severe problems in the future.
