Has anyone had the jadelle implant and had bad side effects? I got it done a weeks ago and have started light bleeding over the last few days and it wont go away as well as my skin breaking out.

Ever since I've been on Janelle its itchy where the rods tired all the time and eating heaps and headaches is this normal??? I've been on it for are year and 8 months

I'm too eating heaps and nothings going on. And iv always had a constipation problem but since having the rods in I have noooo problem going to the toilet lol I'm blaming it on the rods lol

Hi im 21 and still breast feeding haven't had my period sence when I first put in the jadelle and im constantly eating heaps bt havnt gain weight ive been on th jadelle for 4months now sence ive had my son is this normal it wierd because im also geting abdominal pain and also poohing and farting alot is this normal..*

Ive had my Jadelle for almost a year and goh the changes ive been through. So i bleed lightly for one whole month a few weeks after getting my jadelle but i kept it in because i was aware of these side effects and yes the bleeding did stop and ive only have maybe two periods since which is amazing for me! I have gone through some crazy mood swings and real emotional stages that went on for months but my body has finally settled i mean at the end of the baby me and my boy friend dont want a baby just yet and with the jadelle i have nothing to worry about. It does cause a few changes with your body but everyones different

lucky that you havnt had your period!thats normal. iv been on the jadelle for almost a month now i havent had any symptoms other than i had my period for 7days..which mine before only lasted 4days and everyday after that i have had spotting... which that kinda sucks. what do other girls do for when they spot? do i forever have to use tampons?

I had this implants done in March burning but started bleeding in June.pls what do I do?saw blood for two weeks in June and it stopped. Now in July Am seeing blood again. This the third week it has not stopped

I have had the implant in for about 2months and no matter how much I eat I'm not gaining any weight. I'm really thin and can see my bones. Only thing I can think of is this implant causing it. I dint know weather to get it removed. What hav you done?

I have Been on Jadelle for close to 4 years now and I too have noticed reduction in my libido. I have no interest anymore. I get regular headaches and changes in appetite. Are there other women that experience this?

This is my second month using jadelle ,my left hand were it is alwz in pain even my figures go numb.is this normal

So iv had mine in for ten months or so. The fest few months I was bleeding non stop, with like occasional one or two days where it would stop but then I would start bleeding again like for 3weeks straight then it would stop for a day then i would bleed again for ages. Then one day it just stopped, it has now been about 6 since I was bleeding. Then now I have just started to bleed again and its goin on to the 9th day of bleeding. I just find it weird how it has just stoped for six months and its back again and bleeding for over a week so far.

I also have had symptoms.
-Bad headaches that can last from morning to night till I go to bed.
-bad bloating where my stomach gets so sore that I cant walk.
-I have put o alot of weight
-I noticed I have less energy, tired all the time
-my depression is been getting worse
-I have had blurry vision in my right I since I got it in
-in my left leg I get pains and needles, can be a burning pain at times, its real sensitive to touch my thigh.
- where the implant was put in, it gets realy itchy

Im thinking about going back to my doctor and seeing if I should take it out.

Ever since ive been on it, its been weird. My body dosnt like it.

I have been patient on jadelle for almost 2 years and have lost weight. I have had irrigular period ever since i did the insertion. I have to be using minigynon to stop my period. Is it ok to be using both method at once?........... #tired and frustrated#.

I.hve had jadelle for one 5year session.already and recently go it renewed in.January. i have notbhad my.period since then.is that normal. And i.have been.getting headaches.

I had jadelle for like one year but i had constant bleeding until i got on the jab and then my period stopped but since sometime between the time i got the jadelle implanted and the time i I had jadelle for like one year but i had constant bleeding until i got on the jab and then my period stopped but since sometime between the time i got the jadelle implanted and the time i got it removed i got pain in my arm that always comes and goes but sometimes it stil gets worse in times i no the jadelle and the pill doesnt work they both did the same thing with bleeding so the jab solves my problem

Have had Jadelle since Nov 2011. I had migraines, felt nauseous, was angry most of the time, very low libido and my my periods stopped for eight months. This was all within the first year, i was also nervous most of the time and would break out with sweat very fast. though all this was very uncomfortable to me i will still keep it because i do not want to get pregnant.

From December 2013 i started bleeding for two weeks continuously each month, i have scheduled an appointment with my doctor to find out if there is anything that can be done to stop the continuous bleeding without removing the rods.

i like Jadelle because i do not have to worry about forgetting to take the pill and getting pregnant, in the end its all about weighing the advantages against the disadvantages. And by the way the headaches and all stopped and i am in my 3rd year now with it.

I have been on the jadelle for two years now and it was the worst decision I would rather have a baby at 17 or 18 than all the BS I have gone through I was happy energetic and thin, I went on the jadelle because I'm a little forgetful with pills and already had extremely painful periods which I now get every two weeks along with the side effects of being pregnant stress, headaches, thrush,depression, mood swings, exsausted all the time I'm worried I will never go back to normal and after all that I still have to take the pill befor jadelle I was 60kgs I put on 15ks so sitting at 75 almost hitting 80 I'm struggling to keep at 65 but the smoking helped that with not wanting food all the time I will be removing my implant ASAP and warning others of the bad parts

Hey im 21 2 kids i had jadelle put in just over a year ago , first off had a preiod for 5 months with a space of a week usually 3 weeks bleeding was tired all the time run down and havng cramps then few months of normal regular period now for last month iv been sore moody have costant head ache and i like the conveiniency of the jadelle as i am useless at takin pill properly what do i do.... oh not to mention the weight :/
