No, Motrin contains the active ingredient Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and they need to be spaced about 8 hours apart, unless her doctor directs otherwise.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
