Is Meloxicam A Narcotic
UpdatedI have a fatty liver. Will this drug affect it negatively? I am taking meloxicam 7.5mg + baclofen 10mg for pain in my lower back, knees and calfs.

Hello, Linda! How are you?
This is not a narcotic, but it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, according to the FDA, so yes it may have some adverse effects on your liver.
Other typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and stomach irritation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
