Is Dezacor A Steroid

I have been prescribed dezacor to help with my osteoperosis, I don't want to take steroids

It contains the active ingredient Deflazacort and yes, it is a glucocorticoid steroid.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, acne and weight gain.
