I had to take some Dog Lamisil once, but Clindamycin is for people too! I have taken it as Cleosin-T, the Acne medicine, and took it as an antibiotic. Tore me up!

Based on my research, Clindamycin is commonly prescribed for dogs, cats, as well as a number of other household pets. However, you should probably still contact your local veterinarian for proper advice on dosing and administration.

It's very important to give the full 7-10 day course of Clindamycin or as prescribed, so you'll want to make sure you have enough on hand to follow through with treatment until the infection is completely gone.
