Ip466 Side Effects

My son has been taking the ip466 pills for 2 1/2 days now, for strep. Tonight he has been complaining of stomach pain and feeling nauseous. It's been over 6 hours since his last dose. Should he still feel this way? He will not be taking any more for pain but we are wondering when the pain and nausea should subside. Thanks for any help.

Is he also on an antibiotic?

Both this Ibuprofen tablet, as well as antibiotics can cause nausea, vomiting and stomach pain as side effects, according to the FDA.

Thus, if he's still taking an antibiotic for the Strep, these symptoms may not go away, yet.
