Sorry to hear about the terrible headaches. However I do want to clarify that "IP 190 500" represents the markings of a 500mg Naproxen tablet, and "NOT" Hydrocodone as you may have originally thought. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, but it is also a commonly used remedy for treating migraine headaches. I don't know how its overall efficacy compares to other possible treatment options, however, many patients do report that it works well for such conditions.

I wouldn't use Hydrocodone for migraines, because if your prone to migraines like I am it will only make it worse in the end.
