I'm sorry, but IFA-Norex is not available in the U.S. Such medications require a doctor's prescription here.

It is listed as containing Diethylpropion, which according to the FDA is used to aid in weight loss. Its acts a stimulant, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and insomnia.

The reason it requires a prescription and doctor's supervision here is due to its potentially being habit forming and the fact that stimulants can elevate heart rate and blood pressure, so if used improperly, or by people with certain other medication conditions, it could put them at risk of a heart attack or stroke.
