Identify A Certain Pill (Top voted first)

I found an unmarked bottle of tablets in my closet, please identify.
Description: oval tablet, dark pink color, 5114 inprinted on one side also the same v symbol imprinted on same side. The V symbol is imprinted on other pills I have that were from Qualitest RX's. Thank you for your time on this matter.
