93 463 diamond shaped pill with 93 on one side and 463 on the other is Lamotrigine 100 mg, which is used to treat partial seizures, primary and secondary tonic-clonic seizures, and seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

the blue pill is actually rectangular with rounded ends. on the back of it are two raised dots on each end. sl on the front.
