I was suffering from sinus and headache since 5 years. I have taken a lot of medicine and I have also done ct scans. But I doesn't show anything. Right now I am taking IC butal-acet-caff, propranolol, gabapentanin, and neproxalin but it doesn't help me. Can you please tell me the right treatment for sinus and migraine headache. Thanks....

Hello, Chandra! How are you doing? Sorry that you've been suffering such bad headaches.
However, there really isn't any 'right' treatment. It's really a matter of trial and error to find out what works for you to relieve your pain and misery.
Has your doctor ever had you try the narcotic Dilaudid? It's actually the first line choice in most ERs if someone presents with a severe migraine.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
