You should follow your doctor's prescribing instructions.
Were you also prescribed an antibiotic or antibiotic ear drops? Neither Tylenol, nor Ibuprofen will help eradicate an infection.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
