I Took A Suboxone Can I Take Methadone

I usually take methadone and I couldn't find my medicine, I cut a suboxone strip and cut it into 4 pieces and I took a 1/4 of it at like 11 am and I feel horrible my body is aching plus I found my methadone so since I just took a 1/4 of a strip I can take my methadone and it help my boddy , and withdrawals????

No, the Naloxone in the Suboxone has likely started some precipitated withdrawals and now will prevent the Methadone from having any effect for about 72 hours.
