I Took 2 Mg Tizanidine Days Ago How Long Should Wait Before Taking Phenobarbital ? (Top voted first)

this is what i found about that phenobarbital oral will decrease the level or effect of tizanidine oral by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP1A2 metabolism.

That would generally only be a concern if they were taken very close together, as in hours of each other, not days apart…..and Tizanidine is just muscle relaxant, so reducing the efficacy of it is not as big of a concern as if it were a heart medication, or other life-sustaining substance.

You should double check this with your doctor or pharmacist to be safe, but most likely there's nothing that you need to worry about here.
