I Need Something Higher Than Watson 385

I have a broken knee and I'm taking 2 loritab 7.5 every 4 hours and it just isn't working for me. What's the next step up from the 7.5 even if its not a loritab I know there are 10's but idk if that's even going to cut it for my leg :(
