Perhaps try a neurologist specializing in movement disorders (Parkinson's, MS, etc).
Or a sleep disorder specialist. Not sure if there are subspecialists for panic attacks. You may have to go to a midsized city to find just the right one. Don't go to several however...I have heard they might think you are doctor shopping. If you work, and this problem keeps you from your daily routine, be sure to mention that. Be careful about the generic taken. I'd recommend only Actavis brand at this point.
