Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is a white, oblong, biconvex, film-coated tablet, imprinted with "C 20" on one side and scored on the other. This particular pill contains citalopram HBr equivalent to 20mgs of citalopram, and is manufactured in Canada.

Citalopram is an antidepressant drug used to treat major depression associated with mood disorders. It is also used on occasion in the treatment of body dysmorphic disorder and anxiety.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Citalopram Details

I hope this helps!
