Clopitab-A contains the active ingredients Clopidogrel and Aspirin, it is used to prevent blood clotting and for blood thinning.

Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, which is used for blood thinning in this dosage.

Dear Dr.

I am having High BP, Diabetic for last 5 years and managing with Homeopathy medicines and it was under control, Recently Dr.advaise me to take Telma H 1/2 Tablet for BP along with Ecosprin-AV 75 and Glycomet-250 Mg. besides for the resent problem of little enlargement of prostate bladder & Noises in my ears the NEROKIND PLUS & COGNIX PLUS also advised, Taking this medicines fro last 4 days, I am experiencing sleepless nights with sweeting. Pl. Advise for any alternative medicines.
