I Am On Endep 10 Mg What Will Happen If Stop

I have been on endep for the past year due to anxiety I have cut down to 10 mg I am sick of taking it as I have been putting on to much weight I am also on sandomigraine .5 in which I take 2 every night for preventative from headaches/migraines but still get them why and what if I was to completely stop taking them ??

Endep is listed by the FDA as containing Amitriptyline, it is a tricyclic antidepressant, so suddenly stopping it could cause withdrawal and rebound effects, which may include nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, diarrhea and rebound depression and/or anxiety.

Sandomigran is listed as containing the active ingredient Pizotifen, which is intended to reduce the frequency of migraines, but actually doesn't prevent them all. Stopping it will likely also cause some withdrawal and rebound effects, such as nausea, dizziness, migraines and diarrhea.

Have you consulted your doctor? They should be able to help you taper off of them and/or find alternative medications that may help you more.
