I Am 46 Have Had Spotting For 3 Weeks And Heavy Irregular Period

I am 46 years old I had very regular periods until 6 months ago they became irregular and heavy then 4 weeks ago I started spotting every day for 3 weeks it then suddenly became very heavy and has lasted 1 week and I am still heavy today . I am concerned about cervical cancer I had a scan over 3 years ago and it was clear .
