I was prescribed this for my anxiety and I cant swallow pills so I was wondering if you can open the capsule and take with apple sauce?

I have been through a terrible I.C. flare. My ultram was not working and neither was my hydroxyzine! Now I feel as if I am taking them for the first time. How long does it take for the meds to readjust back?

I have been experiencing very severe panic attacks and they last a long long time. I just went to the hospital and they prescribed me the vistaril. I took one and it's not helping so my question is will it hurt me to take another?
