Hi I was wondering if I could take 2-25mg caps of hydroxyzine? I take 1 twice a day but I didn't know if I could take 2 to sleep. I have trouble falling asleep because I'm always having anxiety attacks at night. I'm wondering if this will help or should I just stick with the 1 capsule?

You should not exceed your doctor's dosing instructions.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, and sedation.
However, you could speak to your doctor about raising your dose, they may approve your doing so.
