No, they are not related.

Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine that is commonly used for its sedative like effects and to treat allergic reactions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.

However, Paroxetine is an SSRI antidepressant that may also be used to treat anxiety. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and weight gain.
