Do you need to take for awhile to work for anxiety? Did nothing for me at 50 mg

This medication usually does start working within 15 to 20 minutes of taking it.

Did you experience any of the known side effects listed by the FDA, such as dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth?

Many medications do take awhile to reach their full efficacy in your body, but ones like this typically do something even on the first dosing.
