The tablet with the IP 466 marking actually contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen, so it is not any type of narcotic. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding.
