They really aren't comparable, to be honest.
Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever, while Ibuprofen is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
The FDA warns that Hydrocodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
