The tablet with the 123 marking is manufactured by Marksans Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen.
The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
