Due to this spasmo my life is becomes hell day by day. Pls help me how can I get rid of this. Im so thankful to you if Il quit this.

I too was addicted to sp for more than 5 yrs at 32 caps per day n i'm only 26 yrs old but bcz i love my wife n my family very much i decided to quit this blue devil. So my first step was a strong will to quit this s***! It was very hard rather say i almost wanted to die rather than quit but bcz i had a will i managed. First i prayed to God. Prayed for several days n months in tears (this really helps plz try). And whenever my body ached i took a good food supplement for energy. I drank water, juices n milk. For 5 months daily. Exercise daily, went to church... And I don't know how but left it. Thank you Father n mother. I go to zion world mission society church of God.

Please tell me how U manage to quit taking sp..my condition is worse, I don't even have a dose..i mean the more i have the more i consume..i even fall unconcious several times..but 18 is my normal dose in aday

hi dear i m also addicted but now i m get off this with the help of bhang (bhang is takes by lord shiv for addiction) but plz dont take it in a large quantity first quit sp then take it just for 10-12 days and feel the difference.....

have some pill from near pharmacy just take it ambulax m tablet take two pill twice a day and have some immune giving vitamin for stronger your nerve that make you relief from pain i also addiction since before 6 years
