Because pain medications tend to effect each person differently (due to various levels of pain tolerance and severity), you can't really tell someone "how" strong something like this is. What works for them may not have any effect on you, or vise versa.
The Tylenol ER isn't necessarily stronger than other forms of Tylenol (in regards to potency). All it does is simply last longer, since it's an extended-release version of the drug.
OTC meds like this also aren't really intended for severe pain issues, but it may help alleviate minor muscle aches & body pain, such as arthritis.
