This is not pain medication, this is just a nutritional supplement that contains some vitamin that can help with nerve pain, however, it's not going to work like an analgesic.
And no, doubling up isn't a good idea, because taking too much of some of the nutrients it contains could be dangerous.
If you need something for pain, you'll need to return to your doctor.
