No, that would be too close together and could create the risk of an overdose. According to the FDA, a 3 times a day dosing should be approximately 8 hours apart, unless your doctor has instructed otherwise. Sometimes, your doctor might designate breakfast, lunch and dinner, or morning, noon and dinner time.
Have you asked your doctor for more clarification?
