i just need to know how long untill i take a drug test it wont show up in my urine

Suboxone is an opiate narcotic and as such yes, it will show up on most drug screens! Most employers and doctors check for narcotics, due to the amount of abuse that goes on.

Maribel, I am very sorry for what happened to you, but if you knew you were being tested, than it was pretty silly to go ahead and use something that wasn't prescribed for you.

If you are running out of your pain medications, before your next appointment, you really need to speak to your doctor about that.

I'm enrolled in pain mgmt and almost always run out of oxicodone and morphine before my refill date so to avoid getting sick my boyfriend has given me suboxone on occasion. I tested pos at the Dr and she was pissed. This was only two days after taking it. I thought it would show as an opiate but Iwas wrong. It pops up just as it should for what it is nd good luck explaining this to your doc. My boyfriend also in PM tested pos for it and was actually dropped from pain mgnt over it. He had only taken it for two days and this was a fois two weeks before the ua.

I took one soboxin yesterday (24hrs) and now want to use my my directed opitate as perscribed. I this okay, will it work negatively or what?

Suboxone is an OPIOD not and Opiate and does NOT show up in any drug screen unless specifically looking for it. No employers use this unelss you are going to be piolot or such.

From what I a reading, most opiates can be detected in urine for 3 days, although this can vary due to your metabolism and how much you have been taking and for how long.

Suboxone is an opiate and will show up as one.

However, if you have a prescription, then all you have to do is alert them to this fact, when you go in to have the test done.
