I need to know how many days a percocet, roxicodone or oxycodone stay in ur system for a urine test?

I smoked 3 blues yesterday and a blue today at 12pm.....I have test on thur 10am....will I pass?? I heard if smoked it only lasts for 12 hrs.....plz help

Oh! And Mayo Clinic has a Drugs of Abuse Testing presentation (at about 8 min into the presentation) that talks about oxycodone's 5% cross reactivity with opiates. It says you'd have to take 20 times as much oxycodone for it to test positive for opiates. 20 times as much as what? I don't know that, but seems like a lot.

You'll be good! A 5 panel will just look for Opiates and its metabolites which includes codeine, morphine and 6-acety (the stuff in heroin). Oxy, roxy's, etc. will break down to oxymorphone and shouldn't show up. Just to be safe, stay clean for at least a week. I used to take 2-3 30mg roxy's a day, stayed clean for 4 days and passed on the fifth day taking a 5 panel pre-employment. If you're going to a pain clinic, they'll test for roxys, oxys, lortab, etc. The 5 panel for a job will not.

JoshB- You should be definitely be good. I have taken oxycodone twice now in the past week and been tested for opiates the very next day. Each day showed up negative.

Look Zack. Maybe your just one of those people who think thier better than others, enjoy others fears' or ur luck just hasn't run out yet. Or plain clueless. Poss all the above! But a lot of times after ur arrest, u have 3 to 5 days 2 report 2 ur p/o 4 a drug test. Clean or go 2 jail. Karma. Don't b a jerk!

Depending on how you metabolize and the amount of water you drink however on some drug test it can show up opiate or oxycodone.hope this helps...

It should be. As long as you do not do anymore. Opiate addiction is hard to stop. Many ppl keep trying to chase a high.

YES!! It will. It depends on what KIND of drug test you are taking. A dip stick will show up as an opiate and as long as you have an rx for an opiate you will be 'okay'. However, if the test is being sent out for a 'Tox A' or GC/MS it will show up as morphine..not heroin. Check Wikipedia for the exact breakdown. Also, I found this site helpful:

I snorted 45mg roxi on Mon/Tues. I have been drinking a gallon of water a day & taking hctz (water pill) will the roxicodone be out of my system by Th? I do take another form of opiate.

panic attack..take xanax...or valium..im having one now hoping i test ok next week at my doctor cause im on oxycontin(bs starting dose) so i took some percocet left over from previous doctors and even though its same drug i dunno if he will be able to tell the levels of oxycodone from the 20mg oxycontin and the percocet. anyone know? i should be bumped up this month to a reasonable oxy dose at least to 40mg twice daily with some breakthru. but drs r so scared when your first starting up with them even though ive been to pain management for yrs..

Swim has been off of roxy 30mg for 2 weeks and going to suboxone doctor. He took one roxy 30mg today, Friday, and has to go to the suboxone doctor Tuesday. He is very skinny and has high metabolism. Will the suxone show up on his drug test. It's the kind that is just a cup in a bag and the test peels off of the side of the cup and most likely is a 12 point test.

Eureka. They've always been able to tell the difference between lortabs and oxy. They are two different drugs. Roxys and OP's are Oxycodone an lortabs are hydrocodone. Two completely different things

FYI- people that take something then "pass" the next day after drinking 'lots' of water...okay, passing and having a DILUTE are two DIFFERENT things. If you are in drug court or probation they will count a dilute as a fail. It means you have to much water in your urine for an accurate DT to be done. They find this to mean you are being deceptive. Whereas a job or some doctors offices will just count it as untestable and not regard it in either light.
Does this make sense? My point is people who specifically tested for ccertain things for being deceptive in the past, having clear urine is not a good thing. People trying to pass a job drug test, it's unlikely the company will spend more money to retest you and just assume you are hydrated.... could go either way.

not possible to not show up after taking 2 30mg roxies...what may have happened is the doctor didnt send to a LAB...lab will show levels and exact drug, etc. But piss tests in cups are often unreliable and im assuming this was the test you took. They false quite frquently. One time while on Oxycontin at pain management i came up positive for methadone(i didnt take methadone) so i said retest and it came back normal this time showing only oxycontin. Sometimes they get confused. Ones that goto a lab never get confused.

Oxycodone breaks down to hydromorphine..What may have happened was that you had very little to no roxicodone left in your urine..All that was left was the 'residule' chemical breakdown of the roxicodone. I do not think you could test positive for hydrocodone if you didnt take it. what you may have tested positive for was what was left in your urine of the original roxi..It all depends on what test what performed and if it was a 'Tox-A' screen or chemical breakdown. That kind of screen will show every little particle of what is in your urine..even nicotine. I believe Wikipedia has a chemical breakdown chart of the 2 opiates. If you look at the chemical breakdown of both the roxi and the hydro you will see that they are somewhat similiar.
