I took a half of 5/325 today going to take a half 5_325 on Monday night and a whole 5/325 on Tuesday for my urine test will it show positive for perc? I need it to be iny system.

Oops! I forgot to say my urine test is on tuesday. And I am prescribed 5/325 percocet 4x a day

Yes it will show up as oxy continued and oxycodone are both percocet opiates oxycontin is just a time released percocet don't worry you ate fine for urine drug tests the results will be the same

Oxycontin stays in your system longer than the opiate part. They test for oxy and opiate separately.

Were you clean for a period of time before you used and was it just once? Did they test your UA in a "quickcup" where they immediately get the results back or did they send yours out? Asking for a friend trying to put his mind at ease. After being clean for almost year and a half he had a bad night and took a perc 30. He cried literally to me about it. Just trying to put his mind at ease when he does his UA Wednesday morning.

I took a perc for 4 days and it showed up on a at home urine test 16 days later. I'm also taking norco for a shoulder surgery.

I have a friend that has not been taking his 10 milligram oxy's for about a week he is going to take a 15 milligram right now at 11:30 and he has a two o'clock appointment will it be in his system in time for his urine test

The urine test are done to see if the right amount of meds are in your system. And whatever else is in your body. That's how they know that you are talking your meds. Good luck. So only take what the Drs give you. Please

I read somewhere that the people performing the test will notice the higher acidic ph level and rule the test inconclusive and that is considered failing the test Do you know anything about that?t

I took a 30mg of oxycodone I don't take them often at all once a week maybe how long will it take for it to be out of my system even if they send it to lab?

Hi to you all. Sorry if this has been asked a lot before.
I am prescribed Oxycodone 30mg every six hours. Have taken it for years.
I weaned myself off a few months ago, wanted to see if I was psychologically addicted as well as obviously physically addicted. Pleased to report the mind was ok !!
I haven't shared this with my Dr as he would stop giving me them. I take them when pain is too much to go without the meds.
Doctor has ordered urine test to check I am taking the meds, how many days prior to going to the lab should I take the medicine and do I need to take the full prescribed amount.
I am concerned that it will show I am taking less than I should.

At least 5 days to be safe. 10 days if your not hydrating to the extreme

Listen bud. I was a drug addict for 12 years and I can spell just as good as anybody. Just because somebody's addicted to something doesn't mean there remedial. Get a life and become more open minded. Who knows. Might get ya some friends more loyal than any church going front person. The most respectful and grateful people you will ever meet are recovering drug addicts !!

I've never taken oxy before n I took 3 oxy 30's 12 days ago ...im still having them come up in at home drug test..i work in construction n I'm an active person sweating a lot. Plus I stay hydrated...so I'm not going to say that it is out of your system in 3- 4 days like everyone else..i will say that not doing it ..knowing that u have a drug test is the best way not to need to worry....
