I took 3 Opana 30 mg from 10 pm-7am with my last one being chewed @ 7am the next mourning. I didn't take take anything else between then & Friday & I took a drug test @ 2pm on Friday & I passed it. I drank 4 16 oz waters every hour from 12 noon on thursday till about 5 pm and was peeing water everytime I drank more. The next day I woke up and drank water till I was peeing clear again drank a 32 oz glass of water with sure gel in ir & waited about an hour and a half peeing and drinking more water about 3 more times. I passed just fine as far as I know cause I got the job. Hopefully this helps someone!!! I allowed 55 hours exactly between my last dose and drug test!! Water,water,water sure gel,water,water!!!

You mention "then" and Friday. When was when?
Also know that water is good to flush the system but they have lower the "positibe from 300 nanograms to 50 which tips the scale in their favor. You most certainly can dilute the amount but it is still there.

Assuming they use a standard ELISA test or thin layer chromotography test most all opiates and semisynthetic opiates will show up as a matabolite. I think it is glcoride 3 morphian. Everyones different but I would allow 5 days from last use at LEAST. Try and take the test as late in the day as possible and drink as much water as you can especially on the test day. I know someone will write back and say they passed a test after 3 days. It could have been a false negative result or a hundred other reasons but there is no magic cure. Don't waste your money on those golden seal vitimans everyone swears by, they don't work. The test is designed to pick up the metabolite of opium and nothing you put in your body other than water will affect that.

Sorry but Opana is not a form of diluidid. Diluidid is hydromorphone appx 4X stronger than morphine and Opana is oxymorphone about 10X as strong as morphine. Diluidid has a shorter duration of effect meaning it doesn't last as long as morphine. Oxymorphone has the same duration as morphine.
We are really cutting hairs here, both are more powerful than morphine.

3 to 6 days from the time of your last dose. Add an extra day if you took one by mouth because the time release will keep it in your body for that extra 12 hours.

i believe you need to obtain the half life information on the drug to caculate how long it remains in your system. I think it depends on what method od testing is being utlized, Quick Cup vs specific testing could yield different results.

what is the purpose of taking Opana? If it is supposed to be stronger than morphine, shouldnt you feel a liitle euphoric, and it doesn't even help the pain that much. Is it too late to ask my doctor for something. Seriously what is this medicine for. Does it take time to "get going" or something?
