Opana is a narcotic pain medication containing the active ingredient Oxymorphone.

For a urine test, it will be out of your body wiithin approximately 48 to 72 hours.

If you are taking it by prescription, though, you shouldn't have to worry about it and should just inform them when you go to have the test done.

did u sniff em or eat em? if you ate em drink tons of water and you might have a chance. if you sniffed em you should be all set they're like out in a day if u sniff pills. i know from experience with pills and drug tests haha.

I am a recovering addict who recently relapsed on opana er. I had to take a drug test recently but had 14 days clean. The test was for probation and I was wanting to know the detection time frame if its sent to a lab? I think the cut off is 300 ng/ml. Help please

i have a urine screening coming up for my doctor. he prescribes me percoset, or however it is spelled, sorry lol. i sniffed an opana on saturday and took the urine screening on monday. i need to test positive for percoset, which i took monday morning, and negative for opana. or need to know if opana would show up differently on the urine screening as percoset. i have looked on a few sites and seem to keep finding many different answers on what opana shows up as. thank you i very much appreciate any help with this.

If you sniffed it, it will be out of your system in less than 48 hours. I know as I am prescribed them and it didn't show up in my urine test because I ran out a day before my appt. Good luck

If you do perks or opanas on a daily basis for a long time will you still be good for a urine test three days later? I heard that you can test negative but it can show up positive two weeks later?

Opana will not show up as Oxymorphone on your urine test..it depends on what kind of stick test you take..I get tested every friday for my Subutex and I take a 14 stick test which is the highest and the only opiates that show up are Morphine, Codeine, or my Buprenorphine..if its a 14 Opana will show as Morphine, any less will just come up as Opiates.

I go to the doctors on Monday at 9am. I am going to a suboxone doctor and I am addicted to Opana 40mg. I have been on them for a year and I usually take 1 per day. I am a heavy set woman, I dunno if weight has anything to do with it. If I stop on Saturday night, will I pass a piss test for my appointment the following Monday? Is there anything I can do or drink that will improve my odds?

I percribed 4 opana 40mg a day. and iv been on them for 2 years, and te still artn helping much anymore i need my mg upped, but depending on wat mg and how mush u take determains how long it will stay in your system, but usualy you will be good for sure no matter how much u take by 4 days. when my dr drug tests me he can see exactly how much of it is in my systen so make sure u dont take more than yer spose to 4 days b4 a drug test

opana is morphine and oxycodon and morphine stays in your system longer than 3 days i know from experience you better do some more research before you beleive that.

Any suboxone test u can use somebodys clean pee and use a piece of the pill drop it in the urine while its warm and everything will b ok ik ppl that do it ALL the time same goes 4 other dissolveable pills

Opana takes 3 days to even metabolize in your body, this is before you can even pop positive. Then add 3-4 days.

How are you even saying that percocet isn't an opiate? It's oxycodone, and opana is hydromorphone. They're both opiates. If you don't know something don't even add your two cents, that's how misinformation gets spread.

I have been on subutex since 2013, and have been clean, but a lot has been going on and I relapsed, with crushable opana 30, and roxy 10. It'll be 10 days when I go back to my dr. And they send the urine test off to a lab, an I good or will I fail... in beating myself up so bad about this!!!

I know this from experience except it does have a lot to do with your metabolism and how much water and exercise you get. Taking orally it would be 5 days.

Green monster is absolutely correct oxymorphone will show up as morphine and codeine in a drug test oxymorphone is Opana there's one more drug that will show up with codeine and morphine in your blood or system it is Tylenol 3 because the codeine goes through your kidneys and breaks down into morphine so if anybody need any Bice get it from the green monster because he is absolutely correct he's he's the only one on here that has said anything half true or seems to know what he's talking about

It showed up straight OXYMORPHONE at my pain management doctor. I thought it would just say opiates but it tells which opiate you take.
