How Long Does .25 Xanax Stay In Your Urine System

I took a .25 orange zanax. The next day about 15 hours after taking the xanax I had a urine drug test. This was the first time I took a xanax. Will it show up on the test?

Very possibly Nicky as the Orange Xanax are generally .5 mg, which is twice what you thought you took?

I'd say if your not a chronic user, the half life formula says it'll take about 3 days for .5 to leave your system undetectable. .25 will take 2 days. You may be ok though. Every body is different

Yes it will drink @ lot of water before u it may not but they stay In your system with taking one up to 2 to 3 days

Drinks lots and lots of water if that's all you took START DRINKING also azo its for woman with uti itsvat dollar store cheap as hell take a few of them drink water and it Detox's your body....you should be fine

No way Ritalin is wayyy better, it was one of the first ADHD meds...... don't listen to other people trust me, my son was on both and the Ritalin is WAY STRONGER!!!!

I have been a pharmacist for 20-plus years before I got stage 4 cancer and then laid in bed for the past 12 years. So I try to help people as much as possible. Because I noticed on this site and others there are a bunch of professional know-it-alls who just make assumptions and are playing with people's lives? So I'm sure you don't want that to happen to you and you would like the correct information, at least I hope?

So first it wouldn't matter if you took a Xanax for the first time or not regarding a urine test being negative or positive. The drug name is alprazolam which is Xanax. So regardless how much or how little you took it could be in your system (meaning your urinalysis if that's what you're going to take?) Like I was saying regardless of how much you take it can be in your system for up to 6 weeks and that's a certainty!

Now like I was telling you there will be other people that will post differences and say other things but would you believe someone who was a pharmacist for 20-plus years or just some you take the medication and looks it up online with varying opinion LOL? That's up to you. I'm just trying to help. Also it can be shorter but not much depending on the person's metabolism. I hope I helped you as much as possible and I'm not sure what the date was? In the past 4 days I have talked to 6 different pharmacist, and they all gave pretty much the same info. Half life of 11.2 hours to eliminate half of the drug. So 3 to 5 days, at the most 7 to be out of your urine stream.

Well the books will tell you 6 weeks. I'm telling you that I'm clean every time someone uses my urine after 3 days. I drink loads of water, eat loads of berries and pee like crazy, until the day of and i stop drinking water a few hours before so my urine isn't diluted. I'm a slender woman, 5'7" 125. I'm not an addict, but someone uses my urine for tests that smokes to sleep for anxiety. I use half a peach xanax at night or in the evening, i think that's .25mg.

Hi I have a question if I took 8 0.5 mg of Xanx and it is Wednesday and I have a urine test next Tuesday and I drink a lot of water and do stuff to make me sweat a lot do you think the Xanx will be out of my system or should I try to reschedule my appointment

I am a healthy active female in her 30's, 5'9" about 145 pounds. I was previously prescribed xanax for my anxiety disorder/performance anxiety. I took 0.25 mg of xanax then had to do a urine drug test 24 hours later. Will this most likely show up in the test? I should note that I take xanax very infrequently and never more than 0.5mg at a time. Another thing to note is that my prescription is over 3 years old. It's my understanding that MRO's will not accept prescriptions older than 1 year. I did contact the psychiatrist who originally prescribed it and she said she'll send over her original prescription if needed. Not sure if this will suffice in the MRO's eyes though. Any feedback is greatly appreciated as I'm in total panic mode!

Xanax doesn't come in 10 mg. I'm sure what you took was 3 1.0 mg.which would be 3 mg.

I have a pop up drug screen every month and I randomly take xanax for stress and anxiety and I know when my drug test will be every month it is the 1st week of the month and like for instance I am 280lbs and 5ft5 and I know my drug screen is today so I cannot go in until tomorrow, because it takes 2 days to pass my urine drug screens, and I take only the 0.25 and only 1 of them.. I won't pass if I take my drug test today. I will take it tomorrow and pass again for the last 3 years.
